By accessing or using MyServerHelper services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MyServerHelper provides server management, technical support and related services as described on our website and in your service agreement. Services are provided on a best-effort basis subject to the SLA in your plan.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your infrastructure, granting necessary access for support tasks, and maintaining valid payment for your subscription. You must not use our services for illegal activity.
We treat all client infrastructure information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law. NDAs are available on request for all plan levels.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyServerHelper's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 30 days prior to the incident. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Monthly subscriptions are cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days but we provide a pro-rated service credit.
